What should I do to best prepare for a successful session?Eat light, clean, fresh, plant-based foods at least 24 hours ahead of time and ensure that you are well hydrated.
-
What should I wear to a session?I recommend wearing loose not binding clothing. You will be asked to undress from the waist down. I will be also massaging your abdomen during the session so a loose shirt is best.
-
What should I eat prior to my session?I recommend eating light, fresh foods for the 24 hours leading up to your appointment for optimal release.
-
How much water should I drink the day of?My recommendation is to drink half your body weight in fluid ounces daily for optimal hydration. Electrolytes or a pinch of (good) salt in your water can be helpful for absorption.
-
How will I feel after my session?Typically clients feel much lighter and brighter after their session. It is nice when time allows for you to continue the self-care after a session and take it easy. This is not necessary but encouraged. Sipping hot herbal tea, light walk, and a hot soak in the tub can all be very therapeutic after your session.

-
How many sessions will I need? Will I need more than one session? How many session will be most effective depends on the individual's situational needs and personal health goals. During the first session, I will be able to know more about what is specifically going on with you and then make my recommendation based on your current condition.
-
If I am very constipated, will a colonhydrotherapy session help?It will help hydrate your colon and hopefully assist with releasing during the session. Coming to the appointment well hydrated and also taking something like magnesium citrate powder can assist with assuring a good session if chronic constipation is an issue.
-
Is the water used for my colon hydrotherapy session filtered?Yes, it is. Both hot and cold water goes through a three-step filtration system.
-
What if I need to cancel my appointment last minute? Our cancellation policy requires you to notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to give 24-hour notice, it will count as one of your credits for your existing package.
